These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HotEUDeals website at hoteudeals.com, our Android application, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

HotEUDeals is a price-comparison service that highlights deals available on Amazon's European marketplaces. The Service is operated by HERDO, MB, a company registered in Lithuania, with its registered address at V. Nageviciaus g. 3, 08237 Vilnius, Lithuania. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. All Amazon product information remains the property of its respective owners.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service for lawful personal and non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, spider, or otherwise systematically extract content from the Service without our prior written permission
• Republish, resell, or redistribute deal listings, pricing data, or images obtained from the Service
• Interfere with or circumvent security features, rate limits, or access controls
• Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable EU or national law, including consumer-protection and advertising rules
• Use the Service to infringe the rights of third parties, including intellectual-property rights

We aggregate product and pricing information from Amazon through its official Product Advertising API. Our aggregation of that data does not entitle third parties to scrape our Service.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to keep product information, images, and prices accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability. Prices, stock levels, and promotions change frequently and are controlled by Amazon, not by us. The authoritative information is always the page on Amazon at the moment of purchase.

Prices shown include VAT where applicable. Cross-border orders may incur additional shipping costs or customs fees that are not reflected in the deal price.

4. Affiliate Links

HotEUDeals participates in the Amazon Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon. When you click a product link on the Service and make a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not affect the price you pay or the recommendations we show.

5. Android Application

The HotEUDeals Android application is distributed through Google Play and is provided free of charge. In addition to these Terms, your use of the app is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. The app requires an internet connection and a device that meets the minimum requirements stated on the Google Play listing. We may push updates from time to time; some updates may be required to continue using the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service that is created by us — including the HotEUDeals name, logo, design, editorial text, and code — is owned by HotEUDeals or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product images, titles, and descriptions sourced from Amazon remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

The Service contains links to third-party websites, most notably Amazon. We do not control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Following a link is at your own risk.

8. Privacy and Cookies

Your privacy is important to us. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and how we use cookies is described in our Cookie Policy. Both documents form part of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the EU member state in which you reside. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of that member state.
